We would like to offer you all a warm welcome to the Economic and Social Council, one of the most vivacious and stimulating councils at ASDMUN. This vibrant conference will allow you to grow as passionate delegates, debaters, and intellectuals. 

In accordance with this year’s ASDMUN theme,“Opportunity: Supporting Solutions to Global Problems”, we will be exploring topics such as combatting terrorism in the age of internet, financial and social impacts of extreme climate change, and establishing frameworks and opportunities that aid female entrepreneurs. 

We challenge delegates to prepare thoroughly for the conference and anticipate highly stimulated debate. To ensure maximum productivity, it is of the utmost importance to thoroughly research beforehand.
